Dear Sir,
I am writing to you to complain about your misleading advertisement regarding the "Feline Alarm Unit" recently purchased.
At first I am completely satisfied with my new product and the advertising rhetoric seemed true; the "honeymoon period" of three weeks whilst the alarm bedded in was true to the text, however it was following this my trouble started...
My alarm, I believe, is faulty. Not only does it purr, chirp, and growl (occasionally), it also moved onto your head, puts its wet nose in your eyes or up your nose and even resorts to clawing at your eyes and face. I have to admit at this stage that I do have difficulty in waking up but there was no mention of this in your literature. One other note is that there is nothing in the documentation about alarm "attachment." My wife does not experience the alarm problems that I do (or at least not to the same extent).
As an aside, I purchased a second alarm as I thought that the first alarm may be faulty. However, it appears that either the entire batch is faulty or I have been very unlucky. The second alarm has actually been just as inconsiderate.
Whilst I have come to adore these two alarms, I still think you have mis-sold your product. In future, I feel it is necessary for you to add certain warnings, disclaimers and caveats detailing the possible faults/variables.
Yours sincerely
Mad
PS My alarms have now started acting during the night and at random times throughout the day. Is there a reset button or does the battery need replacing? I have tried connecting them to my PC to see if there are any updates but it resulted in severe scratches and a wet keyboard.
